Welcome to Credasis. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Credasis AI Inc. ("Credasis," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Use of Services
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.

- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Use the Services to transmit any malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Services

- Use the Services in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
2. Verity API Services
Our Verity API provides AI credibility assessment services. By using the Verity API, you acknowledge that:
- Verity provides credibility assessments but does not guarantee accuracy of underlying AI systems
- You are responsible for how you use and act upon Verity's assessments
- Verity's COMMIT/ESCALATE verdicts are recommendations, not guarantees
- You should implement appropriate human oversight for critical decisions
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Credasis or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written consent.
5. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed to you in connection with your use of the Services, including API documentation, technical specifications, and business information.
6. Data Processing
When you submit data to our Services, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain Services may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREDASIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO CREDASIS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Credasis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
